Privacy policy

Information kept on your device

The app stores the information you enter for restaurant sites and interceptors, including names, addresses, capacity, service dates, hauler and disposal details, manifest numbers, volume readings, issue notes, signer names, and audit timestamps. It also stores photos or PDF documents you select as evidence, along with file hashes needed to identify them.

These records are stored in the app's private area on your Android device. The app does not require an account.

No automatic upload or analytics

Pump Stub does not request Android internet access. It does not automatically send service records, attachments, signer names, or usage analytics to the publisher, an advertising service, or a server. The app does not show ads.

Exports you choose to share

When you use an export or share action, Android lets you choose a destination app. Pump Stub gives that app temporary, read-only access to the selected export. The destination may keep a copy and handle it under its own privacy policy. Check the recipient before sharing a record that contains business or personal information.

Optional reminders

If you enable service reminders, the app may ask for Android's notification permission. Reminder dates and notifications are handled on your device. You can turn notifications off in Android settings; your saved records remain available.

Retention and deletion

Records remain on the device until you remove the app or clear its data. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for this app. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device can permanently remove records that you have not exported. Copies you shared with another app must be managed in that destination.

The publisher does not hold a server-side copy of your records and cannot recover or delete files stored only on your device.

This policy page

This page is hosted by Cloudflare. Opening it sends standard web request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to Cloudflare so it can deliver the page. The page has no analytics script, advertising script, form, or cookie set by the publisher.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this page and the in-app privacy information will be updated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
